To realize the vision for effective committees at the Ministry of Economy and Planning of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, a Committee Engagement System (CES) was designed. Insights from international best practices and stakeholder research; and the vision were the basis of the system designed. CES was designed specifically for the ministry's needs and challenges that enables committee representatives and all committee related stakeholders in MEP to create more consistent and systematic framework for committee work.

The system helps in prioritising the committee work and choosing the right person for the right job to create more impact with all the committee engagements MEP is involved with. It is a web based responsive system with secure login protocol. Access is given only to committee authorized personnel as the system contains confidential information. The system is operated and governed by Committee Officer and Committee Supervisory Board.
