Our objective in this project was to design for the delivery of sustainable engaging experiences for patients, employees and key external stakeholders of the Ministry of Health of Saudi Arabia. The offered design covered interaction with MoH across all channels by applying customer-centric service design for MoH Services, channels and touch points. Our approach in the project was to address urgent issues, build solutions and ultimately establish sustainable systems.
To realize the vision for effective committees at the Ministry of Economy and Planning of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, a Committee Engagement System (CES) was designed. Insights from international best practices and stakeholder research; and the vision were the basis of the system designed. CES was designed specifically for the ministry's needs and challenges that enables committee representatives and all committee related stakeholders in MEP to create more consistent and systematic framework for committee work.
